How do I place an order?

Placing an online order requires just a few steps:

Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Add to Cart button from either the quick view or product detail page.

You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.

Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the prompts to check out.

You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.

 

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay through either Credit card, Bank deposit or Cash on Delivery.

We accepts Visa card, Master Card, Verve card. You can also pay through Bank deposit to our Zenith bank account which will be sent to your mail if you choose the Bank deposit option before check out. You can also do Cash on Delivery.

 

How quickly will my order be processed?

All Standard orders received before 11:00am are processed that same day and would be delivered that same day for orders in Lagos after payment method has been confirmed and verified.

For orders outside Lagos, It will be processed that same day and will be delivered within 2 - 10 days depending on location in Nigeria after payment method has been confirmed and verified. Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time.

NB: All orders received after 12noon or weekends are processed the following business day.

Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

 

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

At the bottom of the first checkout page, there will be a section labeled “Promotion Code.” Enter your code there, and you will see the change this made to your order reflected on the same page.

 

How can I create/update my Wish List?

It’s easy to create a Wish List, but you must have a Homely account in order to create one.

Select Add to Wish List on the product page (indicate size and color, where necessary)

Continue shopping or browsing.

It’s that simple! Your Wish List will be saved to your account for quick future reference. And, you can make it easy for friends and family to know just what your children want and need for birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions by Sharing your Wish List.

 

How do I know shopping is secure?

Homely takes your security seriously.

We implement many layers of safeguards to protect your security and privacy. Our site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All transmissions that include personally identifiable information are protected using the industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) protocol encryption technology to protect against information loss and assure a secure and trusted experience. In addition, we utilize other physical and contractual practices and policies to safeguard your information.

 

What is the difference between shipping address and billing address?

Your billing address is where you receive your bank statement for the credit card. The billing address must match the address that your credit card company has on file. The shipping address is where you want your items delivered. This can be the same as your billing address, or it can be different.

 

What will my personal information be used for?

When you register we collect your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. This information is used to respond to your requests, contact you if necessary, and, if you wish, send you emails or mail about sales, promotions, and other special events. Your information is never shared with any 3rd party.

I clicked on a link to a page, but get a Page Not Found message. What is wrong?

Most likely, nothing is wrong. All website pages are subject to change, so the URL may be outdated, or the link may be incorrect. Changes happen more frequently with product pages, as we sell out of styles, update sales, and add new products. If you are searching for a specific product, please use our Search page, or to browse, please visit the homelyng.com homepage.

 

I could not complete the checkout process. What should I do?

If you have correctly entered all your information and are unable to complete the checkout process, we may need further information for our security check. How do I find a product online that I saw in a store?

Not all merchandise carried in stores are available online at this time. You may use our Search feature to look for an item by keyword, product code or SKU.

 

How often are new products added to the online stores?

We add products to our online stores frequently, and offer new sales and promotions, as well, so check back often for new styles and great deals.

Are prices and promotions the same online as they are in stores?

Our prices, promotions and any form of sales are always uniform, unique and the same from online and in-store. Therefore, any sales going on in-store would have a code to be used online to get the same sales promo value.

 

I’d like to start receiving Homely’s emails. How do I sign up?

You can sign up to receive emails by creating a Homely’s account. Follow these simple steps to create Homely Account;

  1. Click on the "Log in" button on the top right corner of the website.
  2. Then click "register now" button where you will be asked some basic information (Name, Email and password).
  3. After putting the above information, click the "sign up" button.

Congratulations!!! Henceforth, you’ll be getting emails from Homely.

 

How do I unsubscribe from promotional emails?

You can change your email preferences on the Email Subscriptions page or by selecting the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you receive from Homely.

 

I forgot my username/password. How do I retrieve it?

You can have your username and temporary password sent to your email address by selecting the Forgot Username or Forgot Password link where the log-in module is located. You would receive a mail for your new password. You can then change the password afterwards.

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

All orders below 20,000 Naira will cost 1,000 Naira to deliver nationwide and all orders above 20,000 Naira are FREE to deliver nationwide.

Homely Investment Services LTD is a housewares retailer and wholesaler. At Homely, we are focused on providing the best quality in the sales of various housewares ranging from Appliances to bathroom, candles, décor, dining, kitchenware, laundry and storage system.

 

If Homey sells various housewares, does that include from any brand?

So as for us to guarantee the quality of our products, we only sell products from selected and trusted brands. The brands we sell includes; Sabichi, Premier Housewares, Hometime Clocks, Wham UK and Kenwood.

 

Does your product have warranty?

Yes they do. The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Homely is 180 days from the date of purchase for electronics and 90 days from the date of purchase for all other items. Please check our warranty disclaimer page for more details on our warranty.
